QA4VET project activities are re-grouped in six Work Packages (WP):
WP1 – Preparation: Elaboration of training materials (Leader: ARACIP, Co-leader: INVOLAS)
The first WP aims at preparation of Training Kit on European experience and trends of the internal and external quality assurance of VET (including aspects linked to green and digital functioning) based on Fact-finding analysis on VET accreditation and training need assessment carried out by Armenian partner institutions
Work Package 2 - Development: Capacity building training on QA of VET (Leader: INVOLAS, Co-leader: ARACIP)
WP2 is devoted to capacity building of involved Armenian staff on European experience and trends of the internal and external quality assurance, taking into account green and digital aspects of functioning and implementation of the knowledge and information received in development of draft Mock accreditation procedure and tools.
Work Package 3 - Development: Piloting Mock accreditation (leader: ANQA, Co-leaders: MHCV and YRSC2)
The WP3 is first concentrated on the delivery of workshop on green and digital oriented VET accreditation followed by pilot MOCK accreditation in involved partner and associated VET institutions. Based on the provided feedback of policy makers, experts, students, scientific and academic community during the piloting and public discussions of project results, the Mock Accreditation Manuel (MAM) will be finalized before final dissemination conference.
Work Package 4 - Exploitation and dissemination (Leader: ACEP)
The WP4 will focus on the dissemination and exploitation of the project activities and results. Public internal and external discussions, including public discussion workshop on developed Mock Accreditation Manuel (MAM) will be organized in Armenia in order to do follow-up discussions and to clarify problematic issues and to create common understanding of project objectives and deliverables. In addition to internal and external discussions final dissemination conference will be held in Yerevan.
Work Package 5 – Quality plan: Project quality assurance (Leader: ACEP with involvement of external quality evaluator expert)
WP 5 will guarantee the project review, quality monitoring and assurance in the rolling basis. The review and quality of the project activities and results will be carried out in line with project quality assurance strategy approved by project Governing Board.
Work Package 6 – Management: Project coordination and daily management (Leader: ARACIP)
This WP is first devoted to the project’s day-to-day, financial and overall management led ARACIP, project coordinator. The WP6 includes also activities for organization of project Kick off meeting in Vardenis and establishment of project management structure and approval of project management methodology, elaboration of project progress and final reports, etc.
