ABOUT PROJECT
The Erasmus+ "Implementing Mock Accreditation for supporting quality assurance in Armenian VET institutions"(QA4VET) project aims at strengthening the quality of VET provision in Armenia through development and implementation of Mock accreditation procedures and tools (MAPT) supporting quality assurance at VET institutions (VETIs) and education quality culture in VET system.
Specific Project Objectives
- Analysis of European experience and trends of internal/external quality assurance of VET, including accreditation procedures and tools linked to green and digital functioning.
- Capacity building of involved Armenian staff on European experience and trends of internal / external quality assurance, taking into account green and digital aspects of functioning of VETIs.
- Development of MAPT adapted to the context and challenges of the Armenian VET system and contributing to green and digital oriented functioning of VETIs.
- Piloting Mock accreditation procedure and tools in partner and associated VET institutions.
- Elaboration of recommendations on use of Mock accreditation for further improvement of the quality at Armenian VETIs.
The following project deliverables are expected to be sustainable after the end of the Erasmus+ programme funding:
- Training Kit on European experience and trends of internal / external quality assurance of VET, including accreditation procedures and tools linked to green and digital transition at VET institutions.
- Reinforced capacity of staff from involved Armenian institutions on internal and external quality assurance of VET with special focus on accreditation procedures and tools linked to green and digital transition at VETIs.
- Mock Accreditation Manuel (MAM) adapted to the context and challenges of the Armenian VET system and contributing to green and digital oriented functioning of VETIs.
- Reports on results of piloted Mock accreditation in 9 partner and associated VETIs.
- Recommendations on use of the MAM for further improvement of the education quality at Armenian VETIs, with special focus on green and digital oriented functioning.
